Cooking Class 1
The meal will consist of:
- Tuscan vegetable soup "Ribollita"
- Fried poultry and vegetables "Fritto Toscano"
- Zuppa Inglese dessert
- ** Prepare wild boar for next evening **

Cooking Class 2
The meal will consist of:
- Wild boar in "Salmi" and in Dolceforte Style
- Cheese tasting with jam and honey
- Cantucci (almond biscuit) with Vin Santo

Cooking Class 3
The meal will consist of:
- Beef filet with red wine sauce
- Homemade Dumpling "gnocchi" with tomato or meat sauce
- Vegetable flan
- Pear cooked in the oven with Wine and Sugar

Cooking Class 4
The meal will consist of:
- Various Salads
- Mix of Roasted Meats "Arrosto Misto"
- Zuccotto Dessert

Cooking Class 5
Olive Oil Tasting!
The meal will consist of:
- Pinzimonio
- Carpaccio di Carciofi
- Zuppa di Farro (Garfagnana spelt soup with beans)
- ** Semifreddo (mascarpone parfait) to be eaten the day after. **

Cooking Class 6
The meal will consist of:
- Seafood salad
- Three tastings!
- Black Octupus Ink Pasta with a Fish Sauce
- Fish Soup
- Fish Filet cooked with White Wine
- Semifreddo

Cooking Class 7
The meal will consist of:
- Bolognese Sauce
- Fresh Pasta Festival (Tagliatelle, Ravioli, Tortelli etc....)
- Melanzane (eggplant) Parmigiana style

Cooking Class 8
The meal will consist of:
- Fried Panzerotti
- Main Course (TBD)
- Love Dessert
- Nocino Liquor
